Learn about biomarkers and atopic dermatitis during a complimentary educational symposium on the day before the Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) annual meeting in Scottsdale. An internationally renowned panel of experts will discuss the types and characteristics of possible biomarkers and treatment response and minimally-invasive biomarkers in the management of atopic dermatitis.

PROGRAM CHAIRS
• Emma Guttman, MD, PhD, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, New York, USA
• Dirkjan Hijnen, MD, PhD, the Dept of Dermatology, Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam, the Netherlands
• Kenji Kabashima, MD, PhD, Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto, Japan

PROGRAM GOALS
• Review cytokines and chemokines as possible markers in the management of atopic dermatitis
• Understand atopic dermatitis epidemiology and characteristics from clinical phenotypes to biomarker-based endophenotypes
• Discuss current and future treatment response and minimally invasive skin biomarker options
