IEC Fellowship Program - Focusing on the next generation of dermatologists

The IEC Fellowship Program pairs qualified fellows with IEC Councilors in 12-month clinical and research fellowships. Through in-person mentoring and distance learning, the goal of the program is to provide in-depth training regarding the research, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.  Learn more. 

University of Toronto – Division of Dermatology - Inflammatory Skin Disease Fellowship in Atopic Dermatitis 

This inflammatory skin disease fellowship is a 12-month program incorporating specialized atopic dermatitis clinics, general dermatology and phototherapy clinics and clinical and translational research focused on atopic dermatitis. Fellows will work with IEC Councilor, Aaron Drucker MD, and other faculty at the University of Toronto to learn to manage inflammatory skin disorders, particularly atopic dermatitis, and gain experience with research.  Learn more

University of California San Francisco Epidemiology of Inflammatory Skin Disease Fellowship  

This funded 12-month research fellowship aims to inspire and prepare future leaders to pursue careers in academic dermatology and inflammatory skin disease research. Fellows will work with IEC member, Katrina Abuabara, MD, and other faculty at UCSF to develop research skills in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, and the responsible conduct of research; gain exposure to clinical care of inflammatory skin disease, and gain experience in population-based atopic dermatitis research.  Learn more.
